2024 - WHAT I’M LOVING, LEARNING, LISTENING TOO

WHAT I’M LOVING:
Physical Trainer & Eating Clean & Cooking : Towards the end of 2023 I was experiencing issues in my mid section. My tummy was turned into a drama queen. This area is very sensitive to my life’s hiccups. My cup spills the tea and screams girl get yourself together. The reactions that I experience are tension, cramping, blotting and a nagging feeling that I can’t describe.
I decided to be extremely intentional about what I needed to do for me to be healthy, mental wellness and glow up in 2024. Lifestyle Switch, Laser Focus and Iron Discipline is what I knew I needed.
Hiring Physical Trainer, Gerald Washington of The Bank Fitcamp is one of the best decision I have made for my life. His magical touch is transforming me from the inside out, with muscles in the making and a newfound love for meal prepping ( MasterChef vibes!). The outward glow will happen naturally. I look forward to working out and meal prep every week. Cooking has always been very relaxing for me. I can throw down. Just in case you wanted to know. LOL
Rest: Prioritizing my time and sweating it out daily has turned me into a sleep champ, clocking in a solid 7 to 8 hours each night. Ladies Beauty sleep is no joke! This is not what you need to skip.
Journaling my Prayers and Desires: Oh, and let's not forget my journal/diary, the keeper of my prayers, desires, and a sprinkle of my top-secret confessions (not sharing). Scribbling away in my artsy handwriting is like therapy, keeping me grounded and glowing from within. Cheers to a healthier, happier chapter!
what i’m learning:
Business Coach: It’s doesn’t matter how long you have been in business, you still need a person to lead and mentor you. Find your person.
The Etiquette Project: The Etiquette Project will provide young ladies with knowledge, embracing and understanding there’s power in their femininity and softness. The trademark process has been an enjoyable adventure. This is a new thing for me. I’m enjoying every step of this process. I can’t wait to announce the details.
Effective Marketing: Learning the best methods to share what I know to the audience I desire to reach.
Silence is Golden: Remember you can’t share everything with everybody.

RNB Money Podcast: Tank and J Valentine invites R&B Artist and other talents to have real conversations about the music industry. I’m a music buff and I love this podcast.
John Hope Bryant, Money and Wealth Podcast: You can never consume to much information on finances.
Music: Discovering new artist and listening to music has always been my thing.
